Full Job Description

The primary role of the Senior Support Worker/Associate is to support the delivery of the communication strategy. This includes supporting the social media outputs relevant for service users and partners. It will also include co-ordinating and undertaking consultations with service users and partners. The post holder will also be responsible for holding a caseload and appropriately actioning referrals., This is an exciting new role within the Sandwell School Health Nursing Team supporting the delivery of the communication strategy. Supporting the social media outputs, coordinating and undertaking consultations with service users and partners as well as having responsibility for holding a caseload and actioning referrals.
