Full Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our busy Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Community Team with a focus on joining the Eating Disorders team. Salisbury CAMHS is an award winning team, being recognised as an exceptional team within the Oxford Heath Trust. As a team we are dedicated to support children with their mental health needs and have a variety of professional services available. For this role we are particularly seeking someone with the skills, interest and relevant experience to work across GH, GMH and Eating Disorders to assist in the assessment and delivery of a wide range of evidence based outcomes. They will work as part of our dedicated Eating Disorders team and will receive ongoing training and supervision from our experienced clinicians.Main duties of the job To support both GH, GMH and Eating Disorders functions within the CAMHS team by working alongside qualified colleagues to provide a comprehensive assessment of mental health needs. Undertake discrete and sensitive assessment of assessments, systemic and other social factors, working alongside qualified colleagues. Under the supervision of a qualified clinical practitioner, deliver evidence-based psychosocial and psychological and systemic interventions in accordance with NICE guidelines and in accordance with patient choice. Use outcome rating measures to review and evaluate progress and refer onto and signpost as appropriate.
