Full Job Description

Excellent patient care whilst technical procedures are carried out is the main priority of this post. The post will involve assisting Advanced Practitioners, radiographers and Consultants., You will be expected to be flexible in your attitude to work as there may be a requirement to work out of hours, at weekends and Bank holidays

You should hold an NVQ level 2 in Health care ( or equivalent) and be prepared to study for the INCS Level 3 qualification within 18 months of appointment.

You will also be expected to complete the Clinical skills Care Certificate as part of your induction unless already completed.

You will work closely with Radiographers, Sonographers and Radiologists to provide an smooth and efficient service. You will work in various imaging areas within the Trust as required including but not exclusively Nuclear Medicine, X-Ray and Ultrasound.
