Full Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker - Supported Living to assist the Manager in the day to day running of services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and other needs. To lead the team delivering a person-centred service through Active Support with a commitment to Life Long Learning and independence for all.
Experience in Care and Support of Adults with Learning Disabilities
Experience in person centred planning and risk assessment
Ability to swim and support others in our hydrotherapy pool
QCF Level 3 or NVQ 3 or willingness to work towards a relevant care qualification
Knowledge of current legislation
Excellent leadership skills
Effective communicator
Driver preferred
