Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Surveyor or potentially someone wanting the chance to join us as a Junior Associate. This role will see you working within the Office & Life Sciences Leasing team. The role is a very hands on and client centric role, you will form part of an elite team specializing in the Life Science and technology sector providing leasing advice to landlord & occupier clients primarily in the Golden Triangle plus some other selective locations in the UK. The role will be split into four broad categories: 1. Supporting senior team members on a range of leasing instructions and assisting with the pursuit of new business and pitches 2. Client facing role on projects; expected to run smaller projects soon after joining 3. Be an ambassador for the team in representing C&W at conferences and networking with SME's 4. Ensuring systems and protocols are being delivered at the appropriate level You will be pivotal in providing excellent professional advice and service to clients in support of instructions, representing the organisation's best interests in all actions as well as sharing in the firm's common goals and strive to achieve them. This role will see you build relationships and develop a strong client network, working across London, Oxfordshire and Cambridge.

  • Commercial Agency experience
  • Familiarity with the Golden Triangle region in the lab and office market preferred
  • An understanding of business development and client relationship management
  • Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
  • Confidence to cold call tenants and chase new business
  • A level of experience selling successfully to clients
  • Report writing and analytical skills preferred
  • Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge, although not critical
  • Financial awareness
  • Qualifications
  • BSc and/or MSc level achieved
  • MRICS preferred but not essential, dependent upon experience
  • Full driving licence
