As the Senior Sustainability Manager, you will work closely with the L&R Sustainability Director and senior leaders to support the delivery of our sustainability commitments. You will be responsible for overseeing the Sustainability Action Plans and managing day-to-day sustainability activities. This role involves collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance our sustainability practices and demonstrate leadership on key sustainability issues.,

• Lead the integration of sustainability practices into the management and operation of existing assets.
• Coordinate and deliver joint venture reporting on sustainability, ensuring compliance with relevant environmental legislation.
• Develop and manage the implementation of sustainability activities as outlined in the Sustainability Action Plans.
• Foster a sustainability community of practice within L&R to achieve enterprise sustainability objectives.
• Deputize for the L&R Sustainability Director, acting as a bridge with Group Sustainability.
• Integrate academic and industry research insights into project and programme leasing opportunities.
• Share knowledge and insights on sustainability issues with colleagues and build awareness within the business.
• Maintain a register of sustainability projects for reporting purposes.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sustainability Manager to help us achieve our enterprise sustainability objectives and drive value across our London and Regional teams.,
• Broad understanding of environmental and social issues in the built environment.
• Knowledge of sustainability challenges, including climate change and supply chain impacts.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and legislation (e.g., MEES, ESOS, HNO, GRESB).
• Dynamic team player with a positive attitude and ability to foster effective partnerships.
• Confident communicator with strong listening skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to represent The Crown Estate's business principles.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
