Full Job Description

In the role of Senior Talent Manager, you will be a strategic partner focused on developing effective, high-impact people solutions. You will report directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources and you will work closely with senior leaders as well as HR Managers. It is in your responsibility to design and implement Emarsys' global talent management strategies, programs and processes and you will act as an internal advisor on leadership and executive development, succession planning and long-term talent engagement.,

  • Work on the organizations capability assessment, talent review, succession planning and execution of individual development plans
  • Facilitate and improve key processes related to target setting, talent planning, retention & engagement, performance management, etc.
  • Analyze Talent Management programs, measure results and derive actions on findings
  • Support organizational development through change management as well as implement best practices in global organizational effectiveness (e.g. organizational structure, team development, competency definition)
  • Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools to positively influence the strategic direction of the company
  • Set effective organizational/leadership development interventions (as for example coaching and mentoring)
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure that learning opportunities and talent initiatives are shared across the organization
  • Demonstrate leadership strength to inspire and develop an effective Talent Management division

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, HR, leadership, organizational behavior, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Management in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
  • Deep knowledge in the areas of organizational development, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management
  • Strong track record of building, implementing and measuring talent programs on a global scale in a geographically spread organization
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Hands-on personality
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate in English
