This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our London Farringdon office two days per week, with flexibility required in line with business needs. Reporting into the Head of Product Target Operating Model, you will have a direct impact on influencing the Business's ability to achieve the revenue generation and retention targets through delivery of key services and features. About the role

  • Visualise and create high-level models and diagrams to document the current, interim and end state product operating models which cover products and services, employee organisation structures and business operating process models
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating commercial concepts for new and enhanced products and service, identifying intended and consequential business outcomes, whilst ensuring continued alignment to the current, interim and end state product operating models.
  • Describe the impact of the business change initiative on the current, interim and end state operating models
  • Provide oversight assurance, representing the sponsor for the business change initiative, to ensure the design and delivery of the business change initiative achieves the defined outcomes and benefits

    Expert knowledge in the tools, techniques and models required to develop Target Operating Models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the experience to influence and obtain the support from senior management audiences
  • Exceptional visualisation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial and legal acumen with good understanding of business strategy and goals

  • Experience of developing and designing Target Operating Models for commercially focused organisations
  • Experience of elaborating complex customer-centric products, services and features
