Full Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and flexible administrative service to a team of health professionals working in a refugee / asylum seeker health service.
This involves for ensuring all office procedures are effective in meeting the needs of the team, keeping electronic patient records up-to-date, providing a reception service, handling telephone calls, ordering office supplies and raising purchase orders., Provide a comprehensive and flexible administrative service to a team of health professionals working in a refugee / asylum seeker health service.
Organise and maintain effective performance systems in liaison with the service lead and Performance Team to enable clinical information and performance data to be recorded correctly
Process outbound referrals to secondary care through the relevant referral system; problem solving when system does not cover relevant services, liaising between all involved
