Full Job Description

+ To provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
+ Provide a polite and efficient reception service to visitors if required.
+ To provide administrative support to the team ensuring that there are effective administrative systems and procedures in operation.
+ To ensure that high standards of data quality are maintained.
+ To make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes.
+ To provide administrative support for meetings as requested and to ensure follow up action is completed.
+ To take notes of meetings, to set up meetings, to co-ordinate the diaries of team members and prepare agendas; to ensure that documentation, correspondence and sources of information are maintained to a high standard and readily available for meetings., In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks for the Quality and Governance Team. You will support the team in tasks including data collection, report writing, taking minutes and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.

Are you a highly organised administrator with a keen attention for detail?
Do you have excellent IT skills with ability to analyse and understand data?
Do you like creating visually appealing documents and charts?
Are you great at proof reading and formatting documents?, This is a full time, permanent post with a requirement to work in the core business hours. The role requires a dynamic, highly motivated and flexible individual with a strong eye for detail, and highly efficient organisational and planning skills with a strong focus on service improvement, quality and development. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
