Senior Technical Designer - (D&B Commercial Fit Out)

The role demands expertise in D&B office fit-out projects, including ownership of a prestigious £6m Cat A fit-out in London. The candidate will oversee end-to-end technical design, ensuring project excellence through close collaboration with consultants, contractors, creative designers, and pre-construction teams. Responsibilities include front-end due diligence, technical design validation, and seamless project transfer to delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Extensive experience in D&B office fit-outs, ideally within the City of London
• Strong on-site experience, with coordination of structural, fire strategy, and other technical elements
• Ability to manage project packages up to £5m, with possible client-facing interactions

With multiple offices in London and the South East, including a head office near London Bridge, the company offers hybrid working with a minimum of three office days per week.
