Senior Technical SC

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customers at all stages in their journey with Sage, but primarily focused on new customer acquisition. Your responsibilities are not only ensuring the seamless integration of technical solutions, but also mastering the intricacies of more advanced features within Sage Intacct. This includes delving into complex modules, providing in-depth insights into their implementation and contributing to the enhancement of our technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities: · Develop an in-depth and advanced understanding of Sage Intacct's implementation, configuration, and technical intricacies. · Serve as a go-to expert for complex technical challenges related to Sage Intacct. · Stay up to date with the latest developments and emerging technologies in your field so that you can advise clients on how they can take advantage of new tools and techniques. · Lead collaborative efforts within the team to ensure seamless integration of sophisticated technical solutions. · Rapidly identify and resolve advanced technical issues in the implementation and configuration of Sage Intacct. · Monitor the progress of your projects and ensure that they are meeting the objectives set out at the outset. · Provide advanced technical insights and contribute high-level technical support to the wider SC team and Customers. · Conduct technical requirements gathering workshops by engaging with our prospects and clients helping to define the objectives of their projects. · Develop the right technical solution to meet or exceed our clients expectations. · You will be responsible for evaluating and recommending new technologies and solutions to our clients, ensuring that they remain competitive and are able to take advantage of new opportunities. · Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences. · Take the technical lead in responding to proposals and RFPs

· Understanding of Sage Intacct functionalities and modules. · Familiarity with Inventory Control, Fixed Assets and Platform Services within Sage Intacct. · Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, with a focus on more straightforward challenges. · Effective written and verbal communication skills. · Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Be able to present to a broad audience. · Basic understanding of Application Programming Interface (API) concepts. · Willingness to learn the fundamental concepts of Sage Intacct's API. · Recognition of the value of API in providing tailored technical solutions to Customers. · Willingness to take initiative in seeking solutions and contributing insights to the team. · Problem-solving aptitude and a positive, collaborative attitude. · Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. · Ability to collaborate effectively within the team.
