Full Job Description
- Uses information on end user needs to develop solutions that optimize the client experience; i.e; those that are personalized, innovative, engaging and easy to utilize and navigate
- Creates documentation and in-product help content that help users to use DTCC products most efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quality of all deliverables and adhering to standards established by DTCC Learning
- Maintains detailed, updated knowledge of relevant DTCC products, services and designated business line strategies and priorities.
- Maintains working relationships and uses a consultative approach with Product Management, Sales, RM and other stakeholders and colleagues for information share and to improve client experience
- Manages a high volume of projects and priorities independently, in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and other writers.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience - Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong project management/organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and editing capabilities
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously
- Proficient to advanced MS Word and or MadCap Flare skills; MS Suite, and Sharepoint
- Experience using a content management system to build and distribute digital learning content
