Full Job Description
Are you a Senior Technician with proven experience, do you have Level 3, ATA/IMI Vehicle Service and Maintenance qualification or equivalent, do you want an uncapped bonus structure, then read on............, We are looking to recruit a senior Technician for our dealerships in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Burton. Duties will include carrying out servicing, diagnostics and repairs of cars and vans across the Renault and Dacia ranges as well as vehicles from other makes and manufacturers.
Senior Technician with Level 3, ATA/IMI Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance qualification or equivalent
Proven senior experience working at a main manufacturer working on complex diagnostic Faults
Recent vehicle repair, service and maintenance experience with a main dealer or independent garage
Ideally you will be hybrid trained up to level 3
Able to assist and coach your colleagues with technical assistance
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Have held a valid full clean UK Driving Licence

In return we offer a basic salary of £31,320 per annum. This is for a 5 day working week, hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm and 8.30am - 12.30pm every other Saturday morning.
A monthly efficiency bonus which operates when 80% efficiency is reached will also add to your earnings, this gives a potential OTE of up to £40,000.00
