Full Job Description

To deliver a high standard of health care supporting both Occupational therapists and Physiotherapists, together with the wider MDT, to assess, plan and implement a range of therapeutic interventions to improve the physical, cognitive and functional ability, mood and well-being of patients.
The right candidate will have experience in working in health and/or social care settings who had an awareness of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy. The post holder will have excellent communication skills and can work effectively as part of a MDT.
To manage a delegated caseload delivering physiotherapy and occupational therapy independently treatment goals independently and with guidance evaluating and adapting interventions.
There will be additional generic duties as directed by the wider MDT.
To facilitate safe and timely interventions.
To manage and prioritise own caseload delegated by qualified therapists / MDT.
To contribute to team and service development.
To contribute to training and support to other team members and students.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the forward thinking Bradford District and Craven Long Covid Pathway.
We are wide ranging multi-disciplinary team covering Bradford, Airedale and Craven Area.
We focus on patients rehabilitation through improving their quality of life. Intervention is predominantly virtual and group based. We have some face to face work with in our Therapy Led Objective Clinics based at sites across the patch with opportunity to participate in group and 1:1 face to face interventions as required.
We are a dynamic and supportive team looking for the next addition to our service.
