Full Job Description

The LiveScore Studio is responsible for designing, building, project managing and the creative output for all LiveScore brands which includes Virgin Bet. Whilst our current Senior Traffic Manager leaves us for an interim period we have a 12 month fixed-term contract for a Traffic Manager to take responsibility for the flow of creative work across the studio and ensure all work is completed on time, efficiently and to the highest possible creative standards.,

  • Manage the workflow of all production, ensuring all parties deliver against their respective critical paths
  • Responsible for creative briefs and that they're delivered on time and to a good standard
  • Manage all creative requests across the Group
  • In charge of seeing projects through from concept development to production & delivery. Daily/Weekly schedule updates - communicating changes to stakeholders and teams
  • Assigning work to relevant creative team members
  • Organise and lead resource planning meetings to resolve any issues/changes that might affect delivery
  • Organise regular catch ups with designers to ensure work is progressing and removing any potential barriers
  • Supporting the team with pre-production research for campaign concepts. Compiling proposal decks to support the Creative Management Team
  • Assist with onboarding and recruitment of new team members, and contractors
  • Although your role is primarily project managing, you should show an interest in the creative process and its outcome.

    As our Senior Traffic Manager you'll be a driven and highly organised individual, playing a key role across the studio to ensure the effective delivery of creative projects. You'll be responsible for creating efficient workflows, acting as the glue between the different marketing departments, planning and creative. Through organisation, collaboration, you'll build strong relationships across the Group and have a thorough understanding of the end-to-end creative process. You'll manage creative, strategy and production workflow, resources, and schedules. Always ensuring maximum efficiency while keeping the studios and client priorities in mind. The successful candidate will be well-organised, a problem solver, always calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering best in-class work., We know that job descriptions can sometimes seem daunting, and you might not feel you tick every box. But, if you're passionate about the role and have relevant experience, we want to hear from you!, Proven commercial experience working in cross-functional teams as a Traffic Manager, Studio Manager or Production Manager
  • Have a strong understanding of how creative studios work optimally
  • Marketing/Digital/Tech experience within an operational role
  • Experience of using workflow management tools such as Monday.com
  • Organisational, time-management and administration skills, to ensure that resources are allocated and planned correctly and efficiently.
  • You will be comfortable working with a mixture of strong personalities and be confident at presenting and running meetings
  • Adaptability and readiness to work with varying and changing needs and overlapping deadlines You will be a proactive and flexible individual who has a good eye for detail, a team player, and an ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong computer skills, Mac based
  • Knowledge of video and design formats
  • Good understanding of Sports / Betting or Gaming
