Senior Training & Systems Coordinator

We are looking for a Senior Training and Systems Coordinator to join our HS2 team in London.

What you'll do:

• Liaising with areas/management and to support annual training plans


• Assess training needs for new and existing employees


• Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities


• Identify internal and external training programmes to address competency gaps


• Track and report on training outcomes


• Maintain employee training records on the training database


• Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities
  
  Experience in a construction industry training environment


• Experience in training delivery


• Experience in database management
