We're looking for a Senior Transformation Manager in Sky Creative to identify, shape, and drive forward opportunities for change across the agency and beyond. What you'll do:

  • Shape the initiation of new activity: defining the scope, approach and ensuring a clear rationale for change.

  • Define the governance and reporting structure.

  • Maintain accountability for end-to-end delivery of large and complex programmes or workstreams (across the department, and wider business in some cases); keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress, issues and decisions.

  • Own the end-to-end plan, identifying key milestones, dependencies and risks.

  • Solve complex problems within and beyond your area, and support others to do so too.

Strong experience in delivering cross functional change and project management within a business or consultancy.

  • Experience in Creative, and / or AI and automation a big advantage but not essential.

  • Vision, drive, diplomacy and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence others in the absence of any direct authority.

  • Strong communication skills (and listener) to all levels, able to distil complex topics into simple language and headlines.

  • A collaborative style and ability to build effective relationships with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Strong experience in delivering cross functional change and project management within the business; experience in Creative an advantage but not a requirement.
