Senior Transport Operative (Late Shift)

As a Senior Transport Operative, you will provide timely and accurate administrative and operational information related to the activities of our Transport Department.

Establishing a first-class service to customers and staff, you will maintain excellent customer communications and action their requests.

You will act as the primary point of contact for all operators, co-ordinating customer deliveries and liaising with drivers and traffic operators.

Additionally, you will:

- Communicate and escalate issues within the team
- Identify and recommend appropriate resolutions to customer queries
- Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and escalate any concerns to your line manager

To be considered as a Senior Transport Operative, you will need:

- An understanding of warehouse and transport operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- To be a team player

We are now looking for a Senior Transport Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Panettoni Park site (NN7 4DE). The Shift Pattern will be Monday to Friday 13:00 - 21:00., Salary of £32,917.50
