Full Job Description

Work together with Head of Treasury to establish Treasury team covering systems, processes and controls.
Collaborate with FX, Finance, Tax, Legal teams to develop and implement processes.
Design and implement short- and medium-term cash forecasting for the Group.
Manage cash and liquidity strategy.
Operational day-to-day Treasury oversight: cash management, payments, cash forecasting, FX trade settlement.
Manage treasury investments (money markets funds, fixed term investments, bank deposits), identify and assess new opportunities.
Manage Group FX exposures and support roll out of new foreign exchange hedging programs.
Implement and manage cash pooling arrangements to optimize cash utilization across Group.
Manage and optimize internal funding structures of group entities.
Design and implement treasury policies, control framework and reporting.
Support implementation of a new Treasury Management System (Kyriba). Establish and imbed new processes.
Drive Treasury process improvement and automation.
Support audit and regulatory requests. Ensure compliance with controls and regulations.
Support regulatory assessment and implementation where relevant to Treasury.
Prepare financial analysis and treasury reporting.

Technical Skills

Working knowledge of Treasury and Banking technology solutions including TMS (Kyriba), banking portals.

Qualifications and Experience
Education

AMCT/ACCA/ACA qualification.
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.

Experience

5+ years working experience in multinational Treasury.
Hands on operational Treasury environment experience.
Experience in FX risk management and analysis.
Understanding of cash management best practices.
Ability to manage projects.
Change management.
Experience in hedging structures.
Hands on experience of Treasury Management System (implementation, administration, use).
Experience in designing treasury processes and policies.
Previous people management experience is a plus.
