Leading the planning, design, and implementation of user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, informing the design and development of government services
Influencing decision-making processes and constructively challenging ideas at both the team level and with senior stakeholders
Taking a user-centered, evidence-driven approach by translating research findings into actionable insights that shape service and product development
Ensuring digital delivery teams create accessible services by including participants with access needs and low digital skills in all research activities and maintaining best practices.

HO SC clearance.
Experience with varied research, test and interview techniques.
