Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an experienced clinical practitioner (nurse or AHP) .

The service operational hours are:

UTC- 8am-11.30pm

The service operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year., The successful candidate will be expected to lead the team and offer clinical supervision and advice to developing clinicians as well as liaise with other teams within WWL.

You will join an established, friendly team of practitioners and will be positive, creative thinking individuals who are motivated, influential, and have the ability to work under pressure.

As a registered practitioner you must be able to demonstrate significant clinical experience preferably within A&E, UTC or Primary Care. You need to be highly motivated & prepared to continue to develop your clinical skills.

The role will involve the assessment, diagnosis and management of a diverse caseload of minor injury and minor illness. You will be expected to request and interpret a range of investigations and have the ability to recognise and respond to urgent and emergency situations quickly.
