To be successful you will need experience working within a busy customer setting and have excellent personal skills. You will have customers at the heart of what you do. Additionally, you will demonstrate how you have managed, led and motivated a team successfully. We will require you to be able to work flexible hours, have a 'can do' attitude with an outgoing personality with good attention to detail. This exciting position is a key part of the Manor Farm management team, and you will play a vital role in helping to shape our future for generations to come.

This role is suitable for someone who can commit to full time work including school holidays with some weekends and bank holidays.
