Senior Volunteering Manager

As the Senior Volunteering Manager, you'll be someone that can inspire people that you manage and wider staff in the team, and help lead key areas of our volunteering programme.

You'll be someone who sets high expectations for the people that you manage, ensuring that they deliver the best experience possible for our volunteers through quality programme delivery and outcomes. You'll do this through empowering them to deliver whilst supporting their professional development and investing in their skills.

This role will be responsible for some key department projects, setting expectations and targets with colleagues across the team, learning from our data, leading quality within our programme and looking to develop new ways of working.
