The Senior WIP Controller is a key member of the production planning and control team, responsible for managing the flow of work-in-progress (WIP) across the organization. This individual will analyze and optimize WIP levels, ensuring that production schedules are met while minimizing inventory and associated costs., As Senior WIP Controller, you will be responsible for:

-Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of production schedules, including material requirements, labor requirements, and equipment availability.

-Analyzing WIP levels, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to optimize production flow.

-Collaborating with production teams to ensure that production schedules are accurately reflected in the WIP system.

-Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track WIP levels, production schedules, and inventory levels.
