Senior Workday Finance Specialist / Systems Accountant

processing and efficiency improvements Working with the internal Integration team to onboard new people and companies onto the ERP platforms Monitor external systems development road maps and recommend upgrade adoption and integration prioritisation together within internal training requirements Responsible for managing ERP and related finance systems upgrade projects Responsible for managing all upgrade test procedures and coordination of relevant resource Responsible for producing and maintaining a full suite of test plan documentation Assist with ERP customisation as required (working closely with IT) Responsible for the management of period end routines including year-end Responsible for system integrity such as control account / sub-ledger & trial balance etc Ensure integrity of data used for management reporting (both source systems and reporting warehouses) Support firm's accounting and reporting procedures and produce various regular and ad hoc data extractions / reports to

supplement these processes Provision of second line support and troubleshooting / fixing systems related issues Working with relevant business process owners to coordinate resolutions for any user issues Skills Required : You will ideally have a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or similar) Minimum of 3 years experience in similar, relevant role(s) Strong foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance together with data management/analytics Strong understanding of accounting under IFRS Strong self-starter, able to work independently and as part of an integrated team Clear organization skills and ability to articulate complex issues concisely Workday, SalesForce, PowerBI experience would be an advantage What you will get in return: A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business; Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience
