As a Residential Youth Support Worker in our children's homes, you will be a key part of a close-knit team committed to providing stability, guidance, and support for vulnerable young people. Your role will be to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a trauma-informed setting. What You'll Do :

• Build positive, nurturing relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviours.
• Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.
• Organize and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support.

Experience and Dedication : Previous experience providing emotional and behavioural support is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential. Flexibility and Resilience : The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the home. Qualifications : A willingness to work towards or a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.

Salary : £27,758 - £30,275 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential between £30,275 - £33,992 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).
