Full Job Description
- Formulating and delivering the SEO strategy across technical capability, content marketing, keyword targeting and outreach projects
- Implement and management of SEO processes supported by a leading agency
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, Digital, Trading and the Digital Agencies.
- Effective leadership of our SEO agency team ensuring projects are delivered on time and drive uplifts in performance
- Communicating back to the business on SEO performance and strategy progress
- Managing the governance of SEO across a wide range of cross functional teams and Halfords.com
- Report monthly on SEO performance to senior management teams
We are looking for someone who is confident, analytical and a natural communicator. A deep understanding of the complexities of SEO and how it fits into the overall marketing and digital mix are also essential., Strong understanding & passion for SEO and a proven track record in delivering results across all elements of SEO - Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Be at the forefront of SEO knowledge and actively participate in the SEO community
- Constantly refine our SEO process and activities to ensure it remains market leading/cutting edge
- Strong Technical and analytical experience (GA4)
- Strong link building and content marketing experience
