Full Job Description

As Service Administrator you will be working in a fast-paced environment, responsible for liaising with engineers, booking appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. Other duties include:

Responding to incoming customer service requests in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
Processing and logging customer requests onto the Company's database
Resolving any queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Organising engineers schedules in line with working time regulations and allocating engineers to jobs
Preparing customer quotes

This will be a fantastic opportunity for a self motivated, highly organised and proactive individual who is looking to thrive in a busy role., The successful Service Administrator will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work and have excellent communication skills as well as the following attributes:

Customer service skills and work effectively under pressure to resolve issues
A knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
Building lasting relationships with our customers
An organised, positive, resilient and adaptable individual
Experience in a busy administration role desirable but not essential
