Full Job Description

  • Creating customer invoices from information on job cards.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure correct purchase orders are obtained prior to invoicing.
  • Input data into a variety of systems and databases to ensure they are kept up to date.
  • General administration duties as required in the day to day operation of the Service department.
  • Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers.
  • Maintain files in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Working Monday to Friday 8:30pm - 5pm (can be flexible for the right applicant)

  • You will ideally have previous experience working within the Commercial Vehicle, Motor Trade or an associated sector as an Administrator or similar role.
  • A mechanical background and understand workshop practices so you can translate this into creating an invoice.
  • Be a confident people person. Happy dealing with individuals, organisations and businesses at all levels.
  • Have an eye for detail with excellent organisational, administration and IT skills (Excel, Word etc.).

    A salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience as an Administrator)
