Service Administrator (Part Time - Fixed Term)

Our team in Stoke are seeking an experienced Administrator, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Working within one of our services is always busy, sometimes challenging but always rewarding. This position is based at our Stoke Community Drugs and Alcohol service. You will be part of our administrative support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. You will also provide clinical administrative support and have a role to play in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who comes into the service. It's a very busy service as we have many clients to support so a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to us achieving our aims each and every day. There's great variety in this role ranging from greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining our data quality to processing assessments and
providing clinical administrative support.
