• Value every customer interaction either on email, in person or on the phone.
• Learn about your customers by building and nurturing relationships. It's the small details that make the difference.
• Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams.
  
  Are you passionate about creating great experiences for customers? Are you a resilient person who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment? If so, you'll be a perfect fit at Stratstone.
  
  This is a permanent position working full-time hours. The basic starting salary will be £27,000, plus OTEs of £40,000.
