Service Advisor

Our Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and time again for servicing, MOT and repairs. You'll need to be professional and approachable, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic manner, capable of dealing with difficult situations with confidence and assertiveness. You'll be knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively with all customers, explaining any vehicle repairs required and advising on timescales for the repairs. You'll be required to liaise with the full Aftersales department in order to manage customer bookings efficiently. Up-selling parts, accessories and advising customers about warranty cover will form another aspect of this position. Previous experience within a similar environment in the automotive industry would be a huge advantage, although we do provide full training and development opportunities for our Service Advisors through customer experience workshops. You will be joining a friendly and efficient Aftersales department where you will have support from the full team.
