Full Job Description

  • Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit, working together to make sure the site is the best it can be for customers.

  • Warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand the customer and say, 'Thank you'.

  • To comply with the road transport legislation.

  • To execute daily and weekly vehicle checks and cleaning routines.

  • To ensure the security and safety of any Elis vehicle or property or customer property.

  • To accurately record each customer delivery and collection according to current work

  • instructions (via Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or route manifest as applicable).
  • To know and understand the scheduled delivery routes that you have been allocated.

  • To ensure the safety of any third party, whilst you are in control of an Elis vehicle.

  • To service, clean/ sanitise surfaces of Elis washroom products at customer premises.

  • To deliver and collect Garments, Textiles and Sanitary Waste to and from Elis branch and

  • our customers.
  • To comply with and adhere to any reasonable operating conditions existing on 'customers' premises.

  • To ensure that all contact with our customers is honest, polite, and helpful always.

  • To record and report customer queries using the current and correct documentation.

  • Be up to date with current customer requirements to ensure retention and to provide additional product up selling opportunities.

  • To wear the provided Service Agent uniform and PPE, ensuring it is always clean and

  • presentable.
  • To ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the site Health and Safety

  • instructions, the Elis health and safety manual and Waste Control & Traceability
    compliance.
  • Attend daily service agent debrief sessions with Account Management function
