Full Job Description
Service Assistants are responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service to visitors and event attendees alike, so applicants should be passionate about both the service they provide, as well as the values of the Trust and the nature reserve itself. Successful applicants will be working across our commercial outlets.
We are looking for people with skills in customer service, who can engage with the public and help us to provide a fantastic experience at our visitor village.
