Full Job Description

This role is based in the UK contact centre and responsible for providing first and second line support, working closely with internal account teams and the El Salvador contact centre. Providing high quality customer service is always a priority via several contact channels. Purpose of the role To provide first level support to the UK customers to ensure the highest level of customer service, making sure queries are resolved as soon as possible and escalating where required. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimised
  • Display positive examples of the company Beliefs (Real, Accountable, One Team and Innovative) at all times
  • Ensure calls are answered within the SLA guidelines and are handled professionally and politely
  • Ensure emails are answered within the SLA guidelines and are executed using the written templates to the highest possible standard
  • First call resolution and to deliver high quality customer servic

    Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft word, excel and teams
  • Good team work skills
  • Strong reliability and adaptable to changing rota's
