Full Job Description
- Answering telephone and emails queries or directing appropriately.
- Responding to client enquiries including scheduling servicing, repairs, breakdowns and entrapments.
- Coordinating and supporting service engineers, including providing weekly service schedule, monthly site plans and risk assessments as required.
- Logging breakdowns, repairs and providing weekly breakdown reports.
- Following-up repairs, checking costs, issuing work completion certificates.
- Providing clients with KPIs, warranty starts. handovers, contract starts and renewals reminders.
- Monitoring and recording company waste, C02 consumed, oyster card usage.
- Providing administrative support for Service Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of service contracts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Liftdata, although training can be provided.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
