Full Job Description

  • Answering telephone and emails queries or directing appropriately.

  • Responding to client enquiries including scheduling servicing, repairs, breakdowns and entrapments.

  • Coordinating and supporting service engineers, including providing weekly service schedule, monthly site plans and risk assessments as required.

  • Logging breakdowns, repairs and providing weekly breakdown reports.

  • Following-up repairs, checking costs, issuing work completion certificates.

  • Providing clients with KPIs, warranty starts. handovers, contract starts and renewals reminders.

  • Monitoring and recording company waste, C02 consumed, oyster card usage.

  • Providing administrative support for Service Manager.

  • Full details of your role, training on our database and general support will be provided.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of service contracts.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Knowledge of Liftdata, although training can be provided.

  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
