What would you do as our Service Co-ordinator We are looking for someone who can manage all our contract renewal and new contract enquires. The role will require a customer focused approach to ensure queries and quotes are followed through appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction. This exciting opportunity will allow you to collaborate with both our internal and external sales teams to help manage our leads in a timely manner and ensure repair work is carried out in line with our customers expectation. You would also:
- Be responsible for preparing and distributing renewal letters to customers.
- Be responsible for generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Logging all new Service Agreements on ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems internal computer systems as well as Service agreement reports for action by region/planner.
- Establish excellent working relationships with our National Account and Tier 1 customers and follow the agreed communication routines, particularly on the submission of quotes and on securing of purchase orders.
- Support the efforts of the external team in the allocated region or area of specialisation, by keeping them informed on issues and providing appropriate information diligently and efficiently.
Has a strong customer service background. - Has excellent relationship building skills .
- Is a highly organised self-starter and has a can do attitude.
- Has excellent communication skills.
