Full Job Description

We Care 4 Air manage air quality equipment and data for local authorities throughout the UK. Air pollution is now the single greatest threat to environmental health worldwide, and therefore our services and attention to detail are vital. We take great pride in our customer satisfaction, and always strive for excellence and improvement in all that we do.

We are seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to assist our service team and make their visits to site as smooth and successful as possible. The role involves managing their diary, ensuring they have the right equipment for site and all of the information they need to undertake an excellent job.

The role is a busy one and requires someone who can multi-task and cope with several jobs running at the same time. Attention to detail is really important, as is the ability to update our cloud-based systems to help you keep track of the work and plan future jobs.

You will need excellent communication skills verbally and in writing because your instructions to engineers must be clear and concise for them to understand. You will also be responsible for sending reports to customers and these must all be spell checked and corrected.

Excellent IT skills are also imperative as the role involves using Outlook and a lot of cloud based CRM systems.

We are a friendly, diverse team based in Leaden Roding with limited transport links, therefore the ability to drive or live directly on the bus route (Chelmsford to Harlow). is essential. We have disabled access and facilities if required., Disability Confident
