Job Purpose
Engaging in daily communication with customers and colleagues to ensure inquiries and queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Professionally handling incoming telephone calls
-Addressing customer inquiries and resolving queries
-Logging service jobs into the system and following up as necessary
-Responding to emails from customers and colleagues
-Providing customers with updates on the progress of service jobs
-Collaborating with colleagues to maintain acceptable service levels for customers
-Creating and managing orders
-Collecting and inputting data for service reports using Excel
Qualifications
-Numerate and literate with GCSE passes in Mathematics and English Language preferred
Knowledge / Experience
-Experience in customer service
-Proficient in PC use, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-Strong interpersonal skills and a common-sense approach
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Team-oriented mindset
-Ability to work effectively under pressure
