The Service Coordinator is essential in ensuring the Field Service teams operate efficiently, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining seamless communication with customers and internal teams. This role supports the goals of the RMS Service department and ensures exceptional customer satisfaction., Coordinating On-Site Visits,

  • Oversee Field Service Engineers' calendars to optimize their schedules and performance, proactively anticipating service needs and balancing workloads., Follow CCT/SVO management processes with a focus on data accuracy, conducting regular audits, and providing training to maintain data integrity., Oversee iBase data management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date, helping identify trends for improved service., Leverage CRM, SAP, and other systems for seamless service operations, tracking interactions, and generating reports to enhance decision-making.
