Full Job Description
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based at our offices in Buxton.

- The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with mental health support needs to live as independently as possible in their own home or temporary accommodation.
- The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package that is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain their independence.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.

Salary up to £19,188.00 per annum for 30 hours per week on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2025, - Competitive Annual Leave (25 days annual leave and 2 extra days added for a year of no sick days each calendar year)
