Full Job Description

  • Supporting the Service Delivery Co-Ordinator in expediting parts through the spare's availability process
  • Liaising with stakeholders as part of the spares availability process to ensure each stakeholder completes their task within the required timelines and escalate any delays to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Raising sales orders on Oracle when GDUK receive demands for any spares or repairs on the AJAX programme.
  • Collaborating within the team and other stakeholders to clarify facts, exchange information, support colleagues and resolve queries
  • Effectively communicates dependencies and project status to customer and management staff, A compressed nine-day fortnight - which means every other Friday off!

    General Dynamics Land Systems is on the look-out for a full-time Service Delivery Co-Ordinator Junior to join our Supply Chain Team, based in Merthyr, South Wales. The successful and inclusive candidate will earn a favourable salary of £27,000 to £30,000 based on experience and potential. This is an ideal role for someone who has a proactive and positive mindset and a keen desire to grow professionally. Joining an established team, the successful candidate will support the Service Delivery Coordinator in delivering the spares availability process to the customer.
