Service Delivery Manager

48 hour working week - To be flexible covering days, nights and weekends, Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with Officers
• Leading a team throughout the region, setting clear performance objectives and goals
• Conducting regular performance evaluations, 1-2-1 meetings, and appraisals
• Competing training plans with the officers, and ensuring we are meeting the site requirements
• Conducting any investigations and meetings when necessary
• Providing feedback and coaching to the team to improve performance
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any issues or challenges
• Monitoring and assessing client satisfaction and feedback
• Proactively addressing and resolving client issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service improvement
• Working closely with cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Able to give and receive feedback and use it as a tool to grow
• Strong IT and administration skills
• Be Able To Provide 5 Year Check Able History to Complete BS7858 Vetting and Screening
