DAS Division is excited to offer the opportunity of a Service Delivery Manager post to deliver and achieve the Trust and National objectives for efficient and productive patient services.
The post is to work within Head & Neck services within the Division to provide responsive and effective operational management support. Other services with our clinical teams are Urology, General Surgery and Breast, Theatres and Trauma and Orthopaedics

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership skills, knowledge of the National and Trust objectives, able to work in a team but also under own initiative in a creative innovative and organised way.
The DAS team is a supportive and innovative team who will support you to grow and develop into a leader for the future., To work with the Head & Neck management team, to provide responsive and effective operational management support. This incorporates operational delivery, performance management, financial management, service development and improvement and the implementation and monitoring of national policies including RTT and cancer targets and key performance indicators
