We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Digital Support Specialist within the Technical Operations Strategic Business Unit (SBU) at NHIS. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that is working to future-proof the NHS by delivering vital digital services and supporting the transformation of healthcare through technology.
As part of the Technical SBU, your primary goal will be to support the delivery of Service Level Agreements, design and implement technical solutions, and work collaboratively with our Partners and Customers to align with clinical and IT strategies. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure at all levels, from providing essential technical support to users, to managing upgrades and installations within our Datacentres.
You'll be supporting the Network and Telecoms infrastructure across Kings Mill Hospital, Nottinghamshire GP practices, and Community Health services. We are committed to ensuring that our customers experience minimal disruption and receive high-quality service that ensures the smooth continuation of care.
