Full Job Description
- Accurately invoice service jobs completed in the DACH region, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company standards.
- Manage the processing of spare part returns with our factories and support service contract administration.
- Assist the team in handling incoming and current service requests, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
You have several years of experience in customer service, with prior experience working with SFDC and SAP being an advantage. - Being service-oriented and having a proactive approach to problem-solving comes naturally to you.
- You are fluent in German and English.

- Serviceorientierung und eine proaktive Herangehensweise an Problemlösungen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
