Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Children's Speech and Language Service you will be a member of the newly developed Special Educational Needs (SEND) school team providing administration support.

You will form part of the small team of other S< administrators and provide support to the SEND school team to ensure smooth service delivery and providing outstanding compassionate care.

Main duties of the job

To receive and triage a range of telephone queries from patients, carers and professionals.

Liaise with inter and external sources to resolve queries, problems or complaints.

Maintain effective messaging system and ensuring messages are passed onto the appropriate clinician in a timely manner.

Compete general office duties.

Support other administrators and clinical staff as required.

Receive and action referrals in a timely manner.

Use SystmOne to record patient notes.
