Full Job Description

Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high quality, outstanding and efficient customer service to our customers both internal and external. Provide day to day operational support . Liaise effectively with Suppliers, FMs, Surveyors and via e-mail and telephone in a professional manner. Promote a high level of customer satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements. Assure prompt response by other team members and selected contractors.
