An opportunity has arisen to join our IT Service Desk team. This team provides a single point of contact for our Group for all IT issues to be resolved. • Answering the phone in a professional manner
• Log each and every call received with sufficient information
• Taking ownership of the call to ensure a satisfactory outcome
• Escalating calls when necessary
• Communicating with internal teams and external support resources
• Working to the needs of the Business to ensure successful support of IT Systems
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
  
  The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer service and dealing professionally with individual's. An interest or experience in IT support would be an advantage.
